As you see from the aerial photo, the unit is between 2 bodies of water. The Gulf of Maxico, 75 feet from your back door and across from the front door car parking a secluded, safe and free marina from which you can sail your rented boat to your favorite fishing spot on the Intracostal Waterway, the Gulf. or to visit the numerous restaurants along the way.
The unit has been totally and recently remodeled. It features a tile floor in the kitchen and living room area and carpeting in the bedrooms and lanai.
The large, sliding glass window will let you view the wide variery of natural beauty just outside: the occasional school of dolphins swimming by, the pelicans diving in the Gulf for food, the graceful herons drying their wings and, of course the incredible sunsets.
The unit also has Cable TV in every room, two VCRs (one with a DVD player) ceiling fans throughout, 3 leather recliner chairs and a large sofa/futon in the living room.

Overview: Pricing starts at $108 USD Per Day with a 1 NIGHT MINIMUM STAY.
Payments: Payment to be made either by personal or cashier's check during the week prior to occupancy.
Deposits: RESERVATION/SECURITY DEPOSIT. A $150.00 or $300.00 (depending on in-season or off-season periods) refundable reservation/security deposit is due after reservation is made. This deposit will be returned to you in full or partially, within 15 days after departure after physical conditions of the unit have been assesed. Reservation/security deposits are held in a non-interest bearing account.
