Payment may be made by Credit Card, Money Order, or Check
Deposits: $400 downpayment is required at time of booking to secure your stay. 50% of total due 60 days prior to arrival.
Taxes: Florida State Sales Tax of 7%, Sarasota County tax of 4% , and a 1% processing fee, (12% total) applies to all rentals.
Cancellations: No Refunds without 60 days notice. No exceptions.
