Overview: Pricing starts at $895 USD Per Week with a 7 NIGHT MINIMUM STAY.
Payments: Payment to be made by cash, check, or money order
Deposits: Deposits vary with the length of stay and season. Minimum deposit to reserve unit is $400.
Taxes: Florida State Sales Tax of 7% and Sarasota County tax of 3% (10% total tax) applies to all rentals. Exit Cleaning $85 is required.
Cancellations: A 60 day cancellation notice applies. All good effort will be made to re-rent unit. If the unit re-rents then all of your security deposit minus $100 processing fee will be refunded to you. If the unit does not re-rent, then your entire deposit will be forfieted.
