Located on Siesta Key in Sarasota, this vacation home has the best of both worlds - the beach in front and the inter coastal and boat docks in back. The unit is on the GROUND FLOOR with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The second bedroom has a view of the Lagoon just outside.
This unit has been remodeled with new tile, carpet, paint, ceiling fans, linens, and leather furniture including a queen sized sleeper sofa. Sleep at night with the ocean surf right outside your window!
The view is to the west for spectacular sunsets! The lanai will soon become your favorite place to relax, unless you prefer the beach, then you'll take the footbridge over the sand dunes to the paradise of the gulf. The pool and boat docks are very close by. Boat rentals are within walking distance and you can park your boat right outside the condo! There are 40 golf courses nearby, outlet malls and great shopping as well as restaurants within walking distance. It is not unusual to be able to watch dolphins swim by in the gulf from the lanai/patio.

Overview: Pricing starts at $900 USD Per Week with a 7 NIGHT MINIMUM STAY.
Payments: Payment to be made by cash, check, or money order
Deposits: 35% downpayment is required at time of booking to secure your stay. Balance is due at arrival (or of course you may pay in full prior to arrival).
Taxes: Florida State Sales Tax of 7% and Sarasota County tax of 3% (10% total tax) applies to all rentals. Exit Cleaning $85 is required.
Cancellations: A 60 day cancellation notice applies. All good effort will be made to re-rent unit. If the unit re-rents then all of your security deposit minus $100 processing fee will be refunded to you. If the unit does not re-rent, then your entire deposit will be forfieted.
