Overview: Pricing starts at $895 USD Per Week with a 7 NIGHT MINIMUM STAY.
Payments: Payment to be made by cash, check or money order or Paypal.
Deposits: $300 deposit for weekly rental is required at time of booking. Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Taxes: Florida Tax is 11%
Cancellations: If the unit re-rents then all of your security deposit minus $30 processing fee will be refunded to you. If the unit does not re-rent, then your entire deposit will be forfieted.
