Overview: Pricing starts at $750 USD Per Week with a 7 NIGHT MINIMUM STAY.
Payments: Payment to be made either by cash or check.
Deposits: 50% Deposit made at time of booking. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival, time permitting or upon arrival for late bookings. Pet deposit fee of $100 may be returned within 30 days of no extra cleaning is required.
Taxes: 10% tax (7% sales tax and 3% tourist tax) will be added to rate.
Cancellations: If the unit re-rents then all of your security deposit minus $50 processing fee will be refunded to you. If the unit does not re-rent, then your entire deposit will be forfieted.
