Overview: Pricing starts at $840 USD Per Week with a 7 NIGHT MINIMUM STAY.
Payments: Payment to be made by cash, check, or money order
Deposits: 35% downpayment is required at time of booking to secure your stay. Balance is due at arrival (or of course you may pay in full prior to arrival).
Taxes: Florida State Sales Tax of 7% and Sarasota County tax of 3% (10% total tax) applies to all rentals.
Cancellations: A 60 day cancellation notice applies. All good effort will be made to re-rent unit. If the unit re-rents then all of your security deposit minus $100 processing fee will be refunded to you. If the unit does not re-rent, then your entire deposit will be forfieted. .
