Deposits: $300 rental deposit required to secure reservation. Balance of rent due at check-in. Also at check-in we require a $300 refundable security deposit held in the form of your personal check.
Taxes: 10% tax, no other charges/fees
Cancellations: 45 day cancellation prior to reservation for full refund. If within the 45 days prior to start date of reservation, and is re-rented, still refunded. No re-rent, no return.
