Overview: Pricing starts at $800 USD Per Week with a 3 NIGHT MINIMUM STAY.
Payments: Payment to be made either by cash, check or Paypal.
Deposits: $200 security deposit, refundable within 30 days after departure.
Taxes: 11% tax,
$75 cleaning charge for rentals less than 1 week.
Cancellations: If the unit re-rents then all of your security deposit minus $30 processing fee will be refunded to you. If the unit does not re-rent, then your entire deposit will be forfieted.
