Deposits: Confirmed Rental requires $400.00 refundable Security Deposit with signed Rental Agreement. 25% of full rental due 60 days prior to arrival with balance due at check-in.
Taxes: State Sales Use Tax equals 11%
Cleaning Fee $90.00 on all rentals
Cancellations: If the unit re-rents then all of your security deposit minus $30 processing fee will be refunded to you. If the unit does not re-rent, then your entire deposit will be forfieted.
