Overview: Pricing starts at $1,235 USD Per Week with a 12 NIGHT MINIMUM STAY.
Payments: Payment to be made either by cash, money order, or check.
Deposits: $500 deposit holds the reservation and is applied to the rental cost. Balance due 45 days prior to arrival.
Taxes: Florida 7% State Tax and Sarasota 4% Tax due on all rentals
Cancellations: A 60 day cancellation notice applies. All good effort will be made to re-rent unit. If the unit re-rents then all of your deposit minus $100 processing fee will be refunded to you. If the unit does not re-rent, then your entire deposit will be forfieted.
