Aloloha Kai is a five acre vacation retreat hosting 68 private villas and apartments, nestled on the powdery-white sands of the Gulf of Mexico. Located on the Florida Gulf Coast Island of Siesta Key, just offshore of Sarasota, ALOHA KAI is close to the serenity and beautiful sunsets of the beach and a short drive to the shopping and restaurants of the city.
Each of our accomodations offer spacious, tastefully appointed rooms, fully equipped to meet your vacation requirements. You'll have no need to wait for the elevator as each of our villas is ground level, and offers a private parking space directly outside your front door. The kitchen in each villa is fully equipped with appliances, pots, pans, utensils, and dishes for all your food preparation needs.
Over the years we have taken our guests away from the stress of everyday life and created a relaxing and fun-filled vacation. We believe everyone deserves their dream vacation and we are here to serve your needs, while making your vacation one you will always remember.
Our property was established in 1963, and has remained a Siesta Key favorite ever since. Each of our villas is individually owned and decorated and carefully maintained and regularly updated -sure to suit everyones taste.
Our office staff is dedicated to the care and comfort of each guest on property. We are fully prepared with the information you need to parasail, jet-ski, sail, go deep sea fishing, or whatever else your heart desires on an island.
All villas and studio apartments have fully equipped kitchens that include all appliances, pots and pans, and dishes. Full size bathrooms and bedrooms are equipped with linen for your stay. Most accomodations have a screened porch or enclosed lanai. Each unit is equipped with cable TV in the living room and bedrooms. Each property is only steps away from the beach, pool or recreation room. One parking space is provided at each villa for your convenience

Activities: Aloha Kai offers a variety of recreational activities for guests of all ages. Our private gulf beach is equipped with lounge chairs for sun lovers, as well as sheltered seating areas for those who prefer the shade. The public beach is less than a 10 minute walk across the sand, where you can find public tennis courts, volley ball courts, picnic areas, and concessions. Our heated outdoor pool is the largest on Siesta Key. Lounge poolside, with the comfort of poolside restrooms and a recreation room when you need a break from the heat. Our breezy recreation room offers a billiard table and table tennis, as well as board games and puzzles, and plenty of room to start a card game. Siesta Key and Sarasota are full of fun things to do - please see our activities page for some ideas.
Siesta Key offers beaches, tennis courts, playgrounds, and beautiful sunsets. There is alot ot see in our surrounding areas: Ringling Museums of Art, Marie Selby Botanical Gardens, GWiz a hands on Science Museum, Pelican Man Bird Sancturay, Mote Aquarieum or Myakka State Park. Your vacation will be a memorable vacation and you will want to return year after year.

Overview: Pricing starts at $756 USD Per Day with a 1 NIGHT MINIMUM STAY.
Payments: Payment to be made either by cash,check, demand draft or credit card
Deposits: Reservations require a $250.00 Deposit and Confirmation of number of persons and arrival/departure dates required
Taxes: 10 % Sales tax will be charged extra
Cancellations: 45 (forty-five) Day Notification of Cancellation required for refund of deposit less a fifty dollar processing fee.
