Overview: Pricing starts at $886 USD Per Week with a 7 NIGHT MINIMUM STAY.
Payments: Non-smoking unit/No pets allowed
1 week minimum rental period with additional days being prorated
Rates and sales tax are subject to change without notice
Payments must be made in U.S. funds, by credit card or travelers/personal check.
Deposits: A $300 security deposit is required to secure your reservation.
All money (Security Deposit, Rent, Tax) must be received AT LEAST THIRTY DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL. If the unit is reserved less than thirty days prior to arrival, all money is due at the time of reservation.
Taxes: All rates subject to 10% state sales tax
Cancellations: Any cancellation or date change must be made in writing 60 days prior to arrival date to insure the refund of your security deposit.
